Unsatisfactory!
Service was unacceptable. WE ordered breakfast one morning and it took over an hour to arrive! When we called to check out amenities, we wondered whether there was smoking or not. We had a very nice stay and the Westin Convention Center. The room was well-appointed with all of the amenities I could foresee ever needing. The bedlinens, which are Westin's signature, were indeed as heavenly as they claim. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. In addition t...
