Exceded my expectations

The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon entering my room it was not ready, but one call to the front desk quickly fixed that. Someone came up immediate and gave me new keys and a clean room. Everything during my stay was great. We were a group of 16 people and everyone ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
