HATED IT!
We arrived late and they got my reservation WRONG! After I called and specified the room I wanted! I reserved a room on any floor other than the 1st floor! I was told I was on the 3rd floor. I stayed here for ONE night for my aunts funeral and they gave me the wrong room! I had reserved 2 bed room. When we got there, they gave us a room for 4 people and one bed!
