We were required to sign a Lease Agreement & pay $200 per night rent, a $200 security deposit & a $90 Standard Premises & Hot Tub Cleaning Fee, at a total of $490 in advance. more on TravelPost.com

We respectfully requested he return our deposit, reimburse us for the coffeemaker and asked him to consider reimbursing the $90 for the Standard Premises & Hot Tub Cleaning Fee. more on TravelPost.com

Upon arrival we found several violations of the conditions in which we were instruction to leave the unit, including perishable food in the refrigerator, a dirty & foul smelling hot tub & dishes in the dishwasher. more on TravelPost.com
