Stay Somewhere Else
First of all, I did not choose this hotel. I had no option, as I was attending a marriage seminar and the hotel was chosen by the organizers. My experience at Cielo Mar was a total dissapointment. This hotel should not be advertised on the internet. The rooms ares small, outdated, the price is expensive for the low quality of the hotel and the lack of service. The closet doors are collapsing, the sink is collapsing, the toilet leaked a... Terrible Rooms And Service!!!!! Would Not Recommend This At All...
This place looks beautiful on the website but it's the opposite. The rooms have old chipped furniture. There's no water pressure at all in the bathroom shower and sink. I love Cielo Mar Hotel. I visited this hotel every year. The staff is incredible. They run the "extra mile" to make your experience good. I love it so much, that I recomend it to all visitors.
