Very Bad! Move On!!
When I arrive they had just had a power failure and we had to wait for our room for over an hour so they could check us in. When I arrived in the room it was old and the water in the sink was rust brown. Had a wonderful time

Just got back from the HOLIDAY INN in Isla verde. When we got there they did not have our reservations and they told us that there is more than one Holiday Inn in Puerto Rico, and maybe we had the wrong hotel. Very Nice Hotel; Close to the SJU Airport
We booked the Holiday Inn based on reviews that we had read online and the reasonable cost. It was a very nice hotel located 350 steps from the ocean/beach. NOT BAD FOR A HOLIDAY INN
I just got back from a great 5 day Memorial Day Weekend get away in Puerto Rico yesterday May 28th. I stayed at the Holiday Inn San Juan in Isla Verde and it was exactly what I expected.
