I went to Puerto Rico in Aug. of 2004. When we got there we could not believe how beautiful the hotel was. The security made u feel so safe, and there was never a board moment. The staff at this hotel is the best. Food & drinks are pricey. Breakfast should be purchased at strip mall across the street. Pretentious and overpriced are the first two words that come to mind. My wife and I just returned from a week there and if the trip had not been prepaid, we would have checked out on the first day. We had reservations at the Wyndham Condado but when we arrived we were turned away (we were told there was a water leak and heard someone else being told they were over-booked). I thought that the beach was wonderful. The rooms were also very nice, but the elevator service took a while to get to ouyr floor.
