Dirty and shabby
We made a last minute decision to stay here after reading positive reviews by the travel magazines, reviews here, and books. I was more disappointed in this hotel than any I have ever stayed in in over 10 trips to the Caribbean or Mexico. I cannot stress enough to avoid this hotel. Looks can be deceiving
I travel often, and I can say this, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, clean hotel in san juan where you can unwind - find another place.
