Depressing, serviceless and IDGAS employees
Depressing: villas were dirty; toilets did not flush well; and most of the landscape around the villas was awful and not taken care of, looked like gardeners were on vacation a long time ago; etc. Serviceless: no service whatsoever, no daily change of towels, not even toilet paper in the bathroom... Not that good
My husband and I won a free stay at Club Cala. Thanks God it was free because I would not have paid to stay there. In general, we did have a good time and got a chance to enjoy some time off work, etc. However, the customer service was horrible. Club Cala - Pleasant, comfortable, & friendly
We stayed at Club Cala this past August -my husband, my 3 kids, (13, 14, &4) myself & our friends - which included a middle-aged couple with their toddler and a young couple. Disappointed with Club Cala

Disappointing...BEWARE!!
This place has the potential to be 4 star, but it's barely a 2 star. We had 1/3 roll of toilet paper when we arrived (none in 2nd bathroom), only 1 bath towel, most of kitchen items were missing, and finding this place in the Plaza de Mar complex was challenging to say the least (you blink and yo...
