Fading grande dame - with a high self-opinion

Had a business conference in Puerto Rico and it was suggested that I stay here. I should have ignored the advice. . Disappointment

This was once a great hotel but with time and the add ons it has suffered. The drink machine offered soft drinks at $250. each but was empty. Service oriented hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton 6/8 through 6/17. We found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. It is unfortunate that there is some major construction going on but if you are at the front of the hotel, you do not hear it. Avoid the villas until the construction is complete! We ...
