Fantastic

We have stayed in a number of hotels in the world and the Condado Plaza has the most unique rooms we have seen. Don't let the exterior of the hotel fool you. Guest check-in is on the second floor Mezzanine level and connects by overland bridge to the casino and rest of the hotel. Dirty room

I stood at this hotel while it was underconstruction. My room had a beautiful view to the water, but the room was DIRTY and the check in was horrible. Beautiful Rooms; Service not so good

My companion and I have just returned from a 7 night stay at Condado Beach Hotel and Casino in San Juan, PR. The hotel is undergoing some renovation, but the work had minimal impact on our stay. The room was as described on the website. We were in one of the "red" rooms in the ocean tower. It had a view of the lagoon, and of the city of San Juan. From Luis Munoz Marin Airport: Follow sign "San Juan Route 26" After exiting airport terminal and after passing the lagooon, turn right at the traffic light. Drive over the bridge and the hotel is on your left.
