Great location in historic site

After reading the reviews here, I was a bit hesitant in booking my stay here. However, I have only one day to explore and Old San Juan and this hotel seems to be the best place to stay for one night. When we arrived at the Hotel--about 4hrs after the 3pm check-in time---the clerk advised us that the room type we had requested was no longer available so at no additional cost to us they were subst...
