On the Gold level floors you get Internet and breakfast included. There is also light food between 5 to 7 PM. Non-alcoholic beverages are available anytime from the Gold lounge on 19th floor without any extra fees. The vestiges of a once nice hotel rides on it's reputation, but the management is not up to the standards anymore. We stayed in a room in poor conditions, where we were disturbed until late at night by drunk teens partying.
