this hotel needs to provide more service to the guest

What an experience

Well, I liked that it was so classy, I've never stayed at a hotel sooooo, expensive as in the type of hotel. Ahh, well, we got barged in on by the maid once, that was a rude awakening! And they didn't have any vending machines for like snacks, or drinks. Where to get a midnight snack?

Wonderful hotel, Friendly, Quiet, Comfortable Beds

I booked the 4 Points Sheraton from points in NYC. I was given a room on the 7th Floor overlooking the back of the hotel. The view was Montreal, the St. Joseph Oratory, Lafarge Cement Co. & a freight line Railroad. No noise from outside even though we were near the Airport.
