Whoever cleaned the room decided I guess that we did not need it: When we were checking out they had a problem printing the receipt-they said since it was paid on the internet they cannot do it-this was the first time I heard it! more on Yahoo! Travel

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. One street down from the bustling ST Catherine Street. In a quiet and lighted area..But CANADA is safe...The Hotel we thought was CLEAN and adequate for a 3-4 night stay..We had the CONDO Version ... more on Yahoo! Travel

I had an all inclusive package.
First they had no room keys available.
Second, they forgot to give us our complementary buffet passes--twice.

I am not picky but...make sure that you request the room in the renovated part of the hotel. The old rooms are dirty, carpets are nasty, sheets thorn.For the price I have paid I would expect a little more.
