Nice people, but really noisy!
The staff at the hotel were very friendly, however, the noise level of this hotel is incredible. We stayed in Room #3, and the side windows of the room face Ben and Jerry's, where a lot of the people who have been drinking all day at Ballard's come in the afternoon to eat fried food, just under your window, and they can be really loud.
