Best of two worlds

Great location - it is located just over the border from Newport in Middletown. Its less than a mile along beach road to beginning of Cliff Walk or Memorial Drive so you can easily reach all the Newport attractions. Quality inn should consider changing their name.....

OK the family and I where looking for a place to stay in the Newport area for a few days in June. We decided to stay closer to 1st beach as the kids want to spend most of their time there.
