I too am an owner since 1994 and have watched the decline of service and housekeeping. My last stay was in 1994 and am in fact going tomorrow for my 1996 stay. Poor Maintenance & Upkeep

The building has not been maintained for

serveral years - Cleanliness was another concern. I have been a time-share owner for quite some time and the unit-building has been neglected.
