Room was clean and neat...a particular female staff member at front desk...was totally unprofessional...rude and just plain..nasty...will not be going back and neither will my group of friends who booked a room in the coming weeks...because of the incident with this person at the front desk...find another hotel in Newport...plenty of nice ones..with friendly and helpful staff... more on Yahoo!
