Should be less expensive for what we got

This hotel definitely needs some updating when you consider the cost -- close to, or over $300 a night. It 's across the street from a beautiful public beach, but it's a very busy street. Disappointed, but Great Potential

I have to say I was somewhat disappointed with the Inn, especially in consideration to what I paid for staying there - I could have stayed at one of the B&B's in downtown Newport for that price, and the accommodations would have been much nicer.
