2.0: Nice, But Problematic

I noted on the website that the hotel will beat any internet rate, so contacted them directly. their rack rate was around $200 and I was given a rate of $109. Upon check in, my rate was quoted at the higher price. I was told it would be corrected, so went up to my room, 3C. The rooms are as spacious, modern and cool as described, with a phenomenal kitchen.
