8.5: The staff was very helpful in helping us find our way around a state we had never been. They even provided maps to help guests find their way to where they wanted to go, and knew directions if you asked. This is a beautiful hotel. I thought the room is absolutely beautiful with flat screen TV, comfortable beds and a luxurious looking bathroom, which I really loved.
