However, I signed a monthly lease, paid the first months rent, and half a months rent for security. more on TripAdvisor

When the time came that I was to relocate, I informed the owner and asked for the security deposit to be returned. more on TripAdvisor

Weeks later, I have received partial payment concerning the security deposit, and only that with a treat of legal action. more on TripAdvisor
