Well the food was fantastic-they had an amazing offer on which was the best value for money ever. more on Yahoo! Travel

The staff were fantastic especially the reception manager who couldnt do enough for us-nicola I think-full of city cente attraction advise when we enquired, extra pillow (back problem) and a late check-out arranged. more on Yahoo! Travel

Our room was dirty, the lamps and pictures hadnt been cleaned for at least a year or more,the trouser press was broken, the window was broken, the room was badly in need of a face lift. more on TripAdvisor
