Please Improve

Very disappointed, our feet stuck to the floor, the kids socks were pure black, the fan in the bathroom did not work in any of the rooms, and we had a non-smoking room but the other side of the building was smoking and it came into our room through the vents that weren't working making it very di... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Not bad for the money
