Needs an overhaul

It's an old motel and it shows. Place needs gutted. Best part was the marsh view in the back. Furniture was some of the worst I've seen. Disgusting. This place needs to be bull dozed down and start over. Walls need painting, electrical wiring exposed where the air conditioning connects to wall that was duct taped.
