- price was excellent ($40), and the room was a lot better than I expected more on Tripadvisor
- hotel is being treated hard by its guests and has a lot of problems to be so new, but it was 40 bucks more on Tripadvisor

- Air-heat unit needed repair-was filthy. Cobwebs!! Carpet so dirty it was "sticky". Bathroom so small sink was not in it! Dry wall ... more on hotels.com
