not a good place for a vacation hotel

this hotel should not be labeled as "hotel" but rather "motel" because the room is not clean, service is awful too. There is no meaning that housekeeper exists. Surprisingly enjoyable...
This was an economy 1-night stop-over on the way to Charleston. We were not expecting much - we were wrong. The room was nice, clean, and we felt very safe (2 women traveling alone). can you say dive?
we were in sc for my sons graduation from basic training at fort jackson, we stayed for the weekend after it was over. all I can say is, its a good thing we only used this room to sleep and shower. it was mostly clean, but very run down. everything worked, but nothing was pleasant to look at.The ... david d, a user of Expedia.com.
