Pros: For the $, nice clean hotel, much better than it looks from outside. Friendly, helpful staff and convenient location. Room lacked refrigerator initially but we mentioned it and within 20 minutes we had one in the room. Great ... more on Yahoo! Travel

-Water damage on the walls & ceiling
-broken a/c cover large enough for a child to get his/her hand into the cooling coils
-Mold on ceilings

The hotel was very good and very accomodating for those of us who like to travel with their pets. The hotel required no deposit as long as the pet was under 60 pounds.
