Very nice, comfortable and friendly. The staff was VERY nice. It seemed like some people were new but their hospitality made up for lack of experience. Warm cookies and milk at checkin didn't hurt! This is overall an excellent hotel. It is very upscale. It is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is far above average. They had cookies every afternoon and mints available all the time.
