Prior to booking, the pictures online showing what a nice hotel it was "supposed" to be is what sold me into making my reservations here. They brought me a cake!

They brought me a square large piece of birthday cake beautifully decorated. That was very sweet. The hotel isn't new and could probably use some room upgrades. Not the best Westin

I read the previous reviews before I booked this hotel and stayed there, but I try to go in with an open mind and look for the positives instead of being negative.
