- my sister and her husband room had roaches, mold and dust all over the place more on Epinions.com
- my room had no microwave which management solved the problem, they were renovated which we were not told at reservation the heat more on Epinions.com

- file a discrepancy report with the card company! I had always heard that the best inn was considered a nice place to stay more on TripAdvisor
