- my sister and her husband room had roaches, mold and dust all over the place more on epinions.com
- my room had no microwave which management solved the problem, they were renovated which we were not told at reservation the heat more on epinions.com

- file a discrepancy report with the card company! I had always heard that the best inn was considered a nice place to stay more on Tripadvisor

- great quiet location! I was there for a funeral, so it was perfect! there wasnt any music channels though when I searched, so I more on Yahoo! Travel
