Started off on a bad note...
We chose to stay at this hotel while in the area for a holiday market show my wife was going to be working. We booked well in advance for the penthouse suite as there would be 4 adults and 2 infants staying with us. We called earlier in the day as we were traveling to see if the room would be ready for early check-in so our boys could take naps, and they said it should be all ready.
