Highly Recommend Mar Vista Grande

Just got back from week of June 9th through June 16th. We looked for something new so we knew it would be clean, and we got exactly that. A beautifully designer decorated three bedroom condo 14th floor penthouse (1410) overlooking the ocean. The furniture had that new smell and the carpeted rooms had nice and dense carpet. Best week at Myrtle EVER

Saw an ad in paper for "limited" grand opening for Mar Vista. Took a chance and booked first week of April. Arrived to find finishing touches happening all around us, painters in halls, etc, but opened the door to the most luxurious accomodations I have ever stayed in anywhere! MarVista Grande Luxury Ocean Front Condo

We have been staying in Myrtle Beach for 20 years. Typically we look for "new" units, because they are typically in great shape for at least 3 yrs. MarVista opened in Jan 2007. Our stay was July 14-21 at Mar Vista Grande. The place is awesome. We stayed in a 3 Bedroom Ocean Front Unit (1210). The living room had a 50" TV and all leather furniture. In the masterbedroom there was a "Walkin Closet" (yes a walkin closet), king size bed and big HD TV.
