AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Did not stay at this hotel because the employee on the phone was very NASTY and RUDE. After reviewing my choice of room (8th floor but no elevator)I politely apologized and said I would call back since I had to think about it and she hissed and hung up on me.
