Worst Hotel Stay Ever

This was the worst experance at a hotel I have ever had. The heated pool was ice cold. When I brought the situation up to the front desk the promised to fix the situation and get back to me. Great Hotel!

In town to visit famiy and for a family reunion 7/23 - 7/26. Had hotel block here and Fairfield Inn a few doors down. This hotel wins hands down. great experience!

i usually stayed at the fairfield inn & they were booked up so i stayed at the comfort suites instead. it was great! the staff was very courteous, the food was wonderful the room was VERY nice. we truly enjoyed our stay and would stay here ... Pretty Average

We were underwhelmed. Other than the fact that the rooms are big for the money, there isn't a lot to recommend this motel.
