The price of our 4 day trip was great, the service provided by housekeeping was excellent, but the customer service provided by the front desk was disappointing. more on Hotels.com

This place was very ideal for families who dont want to eat out every night with their kids. more on Hotels.com

But when it came to the front desk the woman there (who I forgot to get her name) was very nice, she was even able to get me outlet covers (I have a 17 month old), and tickets to the Ripley's aquarium so we didnt have to stand in line, and she even found me a vacuume with a hose so I could clean out my van!! more on Hotels.com

This place was very ideal for families who dont want to eat out every night with their kids. (It has a full kitchen and washer and dryer!) but when the paper say's "Check-in is at 4pm" THEY MEAN BUSINESS! The office closes at 5 so ... more on Hotels.com
