needs improvement

the room was either too hot or too cold.the furniture was SO warped. it looked as if the furniture had been in a flood.the tubs in the two rooms we had, had cigarette burns on them.alsowe had connecting rooms and one of the doors looked as if it were broken into.that was a little scary.i know the... notpleased/pa, a user of hotels.com.
