Horrible experience.

Last year I reserved a cabin for five nights at Blue Bell Lodge for the Annual Buffalo Roundup in October. The person on the phone instead reserved a cabin for seven nights in August. When I tried to right the mistake, I was treated as though it was my fault, even though I reminded them that I specifically asked to stay during the Buffalo Roundup. We had to take a smaller cabin because that was all they had left, so I was unable to have the cabin I originally reserved. We were cramped but decided to enjoy the park and festivities regardless. Then when I explained that they STILL booked me for one too many nights and I had to return to work, I was promised I wouldn't be charged for that extra night, which I was anyway. ...
