- sub par compared to other hamptons. Rooms were pretty nice - met my expectations, but not so clean more on TripAdvisor
- room was clean, as was the pool area, the breakfast area and the staff was quite freindly more on TripAdvisor

- noisy, and not a good value for the money more on TripAdvisor
- Property was clean but no mini fridge which all the previous Country Inns I have stayed in have one. Further, there was only 1 place to eat next door. Otherwise you have to drive 10 minutes into Sioux City to find dinner. The big problem is the walls are horribly insulated. Not to mention the rud... more on TripAdvisor
