Jumping off point for the Black Hills
Located right off the interstate, the Red Roof was a perfect place to base out of for our trip to the Black Hills. Important to us was the fact they allow pets. They were the best in customer service
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very informative and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place. The rooms were outstanding a very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel quite often since it became Americas Best Value Inn. We have always found it nice and clean and the personel very friendly and helpful. the website said heated outdoor pool. The pool was freezing when we went in. The plumbing in our room was terrible and we had to switch rooms at 8p.m. and were put in a handicap room which was very small with a playpen needing to be set up and the water ... Red Roof Inn is a "value" hotel with minimal amenities, and was my husband's budget-wise choice. I would have preferred a larger room, larger table and more comfortable chairs, as well as in-room coffee or even an onsite restaurant and lounge - in other words, lodging at the next level.
