Very nice in every way...the staff was helpful and well informed...very classy and clean. Great Breakfast, free..and a 24 hour Perkins Restuarant was nice too. Big disappointment
My family was very excited to stay at The Grand Gateway Hotel in Rapid City. We were very disappointed when we visited our room. The carpet was filthy. The whole hotel smelled bad. Great Rooms
""We were pleasantly surprised by how clean & beautiful the room was. The first thing I noticed upon entering the hotel was the smell of cigarette smoke and we are non-smokers.
