2.0: Wireless nightmare

We chose to stay at this hotel because we had already planned on a wedding reception at the facility. While we were checking in a woman approached the registration desk, asking to see a manager should have been a warning. We attempted to access the wireless internet connection for nearly an hour with no success. I went down to the desk to receive the answer, the people in the afternoon are much more competent with the internet.
