We had a reservation problem that was our fault (husbands company) Cynthia went beyond the call of duty to first even get us into the hotel and then was extremely helpful in mapping out our destinations etc. Nick is also at the front desk and is also extremely helpful. more on Yahoo! Travel

This hotel is located in a great area with access to much entertainment, such as shopping, dining, movies, etc. The hotel staff was wonderful and the room and hotel were very clean. more on TravelPost.com
