We used a babysitting service which was advertised as free if we have dinner in the famous Mesana rest but they tried to charge us anyway. more on Yahoo! Travel

We arrived at the hotel at 1.00 checkin not until 4.00pm but our room was ready and we recieved a free upgrade to a junior suite which was amazing,Hotel staff could not do enough to help. more on TripAdvisor

we booked a three bedroom suite and had written confirmation of this,after waiting over an hour we were told no such suite was available,only a two bedroom suite.the trip was well planned months ahead.the manager was not available.we felt they were trying to take advantage of the fact we were women.the booking agent from the hotel who confirmed in writting our three bedroom suite was contacted by phone and she was no help.there were threats to call american express next,so they moved us to the two bedroom s more on Yahoo! Travel

Breakfast was excellant value for money including a hot selection you could even help yourself yo a glass of champagne. more on TripAdvisor
