Bad reservations and VERY rude management!!!
I made reservations for a room with a jacuzzi. When I arrived, I was informed at the front desk that they had no rooms with jacuzzis available and they would give me a room with a Roman shower. I told them no, that is why I made a reservation because I wanted a jacuzzi. It had been a really hard year for me and I wanted to relax in a jacuzzi. The front desk clerk refused.
