Hazardous Stairs
This BW is actually pretty good and did not have any major service complaints. I asked for a second floor room and was granted one however the steps leading to the room are off pitch . Bad reservations and VERY rude management!!!
I made reservations for a room with a jacuzzi. When I arrived, I was informed at the front desk that they had no rooms with jacuzzis available and they would give me a room with a Roman shower.
