We were there for a 40th high school reunion. The bathroom had hair on the floor in all the corners, along with some dark grime under the sink area and the bath counter was unclean. A worn out, uncared for property. We were on the "concierge" level. It meant nothing. The room was not clean when we arrived and was not cleaned while we were there. The sheets were not changed.
