Bad mattresses; tiny pillows; no bathroom fan; low shower water pressure; tiny sandpaper-feeling towels; free, but barely warm, food at breakfast; rooms not ready at check-in (finally ready about 5pm); outdoor pool filthy & smelly; mediocre housekeeping (had to ask for toilet paper). more on Travelocity.com
