The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but we had to change rooms several different times upon check-in (due to room not being cleaned, toilet broken, A/C not working).

The elevator would have been nice, but it's okay. Hotel seems fairly new. Each room has a small kitchen with cooking utensils provided. Pets can stay there for an extra charge.
