OMG...Where do I start ??
I had booked a room for my son's birthday party so he & a few of his friends could have fun after viewing this place online. Big mistake...it was a night from HELL. ""Breakfast and Rooms were nice, housekeeping was terrible! If management would make sure rooms were kept cleaned, this could be a 4 star hotel! My sister found a plate of food under bed-they moved her, but the heat did not work..in that room. The stairs are not for the elderly..I enjoyed my stay... Cassandra K., a user of travelocity.com.
